Paper Submision Guidelines
1. All submitted papers must be original, plagiarism-free, and written in idiomatic English
2. Papers with less than 80% originality will be rejected or returned for revision at the discretion of the editorial team.
3. Each paper must meet the following criteria:
- Length: Between 5 and 7 pages. Submissions exceeding 7 pages will incur additional fees. Papers shorter than 5 pages will be rejected.
- Submission Limit: A maximum of 4 papers per author, including co-authored submissions.
- Authorship Limit: No more than 10 authors per paper.
- Title: Titles must not contain formulas, special characters, or symbols. Only the first word and proper nouns should be capitalized.
- Author Names: Full names of authors should be listed in the format "First name Last name", separated by commas, with "and" before the last author.
- Affiliations: Must include institution name, street name and number, postal code, city, country, and email address.
- Abstract: Between 150-300 words.
- Keywords: Minimum of 4.
- Paper Structure: Introduction, Main Body (methodology, results, discussion, etc.), Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if applicable), Appendices (if applicable).
- References: At least 10 references in IEEE format. Self-citations must not exceed 10%.
- Formatting: All submissions must strictly follow the provided formatting template.
